Introduction

Over the past few years, there has been a growing interest and movement in the application of the systemic theory and the Organizational Constellations, all over the world.

The Bert Hellinger approach for systemic solutions with families and organizations has rapidly caught worldwide interest. Now in more than 25 countries consultants, coaches, therapists, and the practitioners of family and organization constellations are working with the Hellinger approach.

Recent developments in this area have led to the discovery of new ways to analyze how businesses grow and develop with success. Through the skillful use of organizational constellations, it is possible to discover hidden dynamics, which can be found organizations. This is achieved, in a simple and direct way, where all members of such organization can recognize. Complex issues, such as, the organizational structure, leadership or giving genuine and appropriate recognition to employees, can have very simple solutions.

This growing movement of enthusiasm and discovery, regarding what organizational constellations can offer, grew the idea to organize this training, in the sense of teaching and demonstrating the basic techniques for the correct use of this exceptional method.

We want to share the knowledge and experience of various trainers acting in this field, about the unconscious grounding that influences choice, behavior, and outcomes. The ultimate goals are to provide an opening that allows you to bring a new kind of clarity and new perspective to your work through the use of these principles, but also to connect to a wider international movement where professionals in various disciplines have constantly brought their contribution.

This basic training course is structured in four workshops of four days each, with an optional extra day of practice.

At the completion of the training the participants will get certification from the Bert Hellinger Institute from Netherlands.

Training Goals

The aim of this training is to obtain a clear understanding of how to use this particular systemic perspective by focusing participants’ attention on:

  • Learning to develop a view of the phenomenological systemic approach to organizational development;
  • Developing awareness and sensitivity to systemic issues in general and in organizations;
  • Learning to apply the tools of the systemic approach in organizational development, consulting and in day to day professional practice:
  • Learning how to facilitate organizational constellations.

Training program

During the training, the participants will be offered the basic theory and techniques enabling to facilitate constellations. Although the main focus is to learn to facilitate constellations, there will be extensive time spent on practical exercises in small groups or larger groups with supervision of one of the trainers aimed to learn and develop the use of the systemic perception, but also observe and fine tune inner attitude. Systemic perception and attitude of the facilitator are one of the important elements of the training.

During the training, knowledge, experience and insights into the basic principles and backgrounds of systemic work will be offered.

Participants are invited to be in the role of different roles (coach, client, facilitator, representative and assistant) as well as, to facilitate constellations in small steps. The trainers will continuously coach the participants on the way to their next step.

In the process of becoming a facilitator sometimes there are personal issues that are coming up. In each module, there will be an afternoon dedicated to work on personal issues.
