Since enterprises usually have an economic purpose, we tend to look at them in a mainly technical way. We know everything about their financial plans, their strategies, their projects, their investments and so on.
For a long time we have often ignored their social and human aspects, because we thought, that they had nothing to do with business. But more and more we realize that we might loose one of our biggest assets if we do not pay attention to the people who do the business – and their social and human needs. And not only, because we want to be social and human, but also, because a lot of energy gets lost and a lot of money is wasted, if people spend their working time, trying to cope with unpleasant and unclear situations in the invisible net of their companies.
One of the reasons why the majority of people have to work under such unpleasant conditions and waste such a lot of energy is the fact, that there still seems to be an unwritten law that difficult situations, negative feelings and problems have to remain under the surface.
